Christmas illuminations at Kitano Ijinkan, a popular spot overflowing with exoticism★ 
This is also one of the recommended spots in Kobe ☻♡
In the same Kansai area, I'd like to visit "Sky Building Kuchu Teien" and "Namba Kotabi" in Osaka at least once★
